Before joining Satellite Applications Catapult as the Chief Financial and Operations Officer, Stephen was a Strategy Management Consultant at Accenture operating as a Senior Manager initially out of London and later as a Development Director in Beijing, China. Stephen has driven transformational change at the UK Hydrographic Office, Tesco, Dixons Carphone, Unilever, Accenture, British Airways, Siemens, China Mobile, the Environment Agency and Defra.

Stephen is experienced in developing growth strategies especially in emerging markets, increasing shareholder value, delivering organisational transformation, developing new operating models, finance strategy, M&A and post merger integration and strategic planning.

More recently he has led in strategic / financial roles within the UK Hydrographic Office and the Defra group.
