Noah Eden is the Global Lead for Cloud Innovation Centers at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this capacity, he oversees public-private partnerships with higher education institutions, with the goal of leveraging students to help public sector customers solve their most pressing issues using technology. With more than 18 years of experience spanning both the public and private sectors, Noah engages government, nonprofit, and higher education leaders to help them employ Amazon’s internal innovation processes to address key organizational and societal challenges. During his time at AWS, he has served in a variety of innovation, public sector, and social impact roles, including as AWS’ Global Lead for Disaster Response.
Before joining AWS, Noah led a global team that worked to ensure customers have a trusted shopping experience when purchasing products on Amazon.com. Prior to Amazon, Noah spent more than a decade leading national security policy and strategy initiatives at the Department of State, Department of Defense, Department of the Treasury, and the National Counterterrorism Center, where he provided direct support to the National Security Council and the White House.
Noah brings a passion for public sector innovation and a mission-first mindset to his work. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Georgia and a B.A. in Speech Communication.
