Roisin is Chief Operations Officer at OceanMind, where she oversees and manages use of remote monitoring, artificial intelligence, and maritime expertise to empower stronger marine ecosystems and responsible fisheries efforts; enforcement of sanctions, treaties, and other activities; and support of improved corporate ESG, climate impact, and related performance in shipping and supply chains. With more than 25 years of technology transformation, operational, and project management experience, Roisin brings expert oversight to the introduction of new technology and team building to deliver change on a global scale. Prior to joining OceanMind, Roisin led global network technology planning and programme management at AT&T, after strategic consulting roles at IBM. Having served on the executive board of AT&T EMEA Women’s Network, Roisin is a strong advocate for women in tech. She holds a master’s degree in computing and information systems from Ulster University, as well as a bachelor of economics and management from Queens University Belfast. A proponent of “tech for good,” Roisin believes we should leverage our unique skills to build and protect the world we love.
